Abstract:
Consider a group acting an a compact space M.
Consider a space of orbits of general position
and the closure of this set in a space
of all subsets (submanifolds) in M.
We discuss several nonequivalent variants
of the definition (Hausdorff quotient, Chow quotient,
Hilbert scheme quotient) and also
some cases then this quotient admits
explicit description.
