Supersymmetry plays an important role in theoretical physics, both in condensed matter physics as in high-energy physics. In this talk I will first shortly explain what supersymmetry is. Then I will introduce the mathematical concepts that form the basis of supersymmetry and I will expand on the 'super-version' of algebraic geometry.
