We describe the possible holonomy groups of simply connected Lorentzian $spin^c$ manifolds which admit parallel spinors. And in particular, we study the simply connected Lorentzian $spin^c$ symmetric spaces. So we generalize the Lorentzian $spin$ case \cite{Le}.
