Konstruktion auflösbarer Fast-Blockpläne mit Hilfe eines Computers
Abstract.
The notion of "near-block designs" was introduced by G. Pickert
and K. E. Wolff. We deduce a property of the parallelisms of
near-block designs, which allows to significantly lower the running
time of a backtracking algorithm for the construction of
solvable near-block designs.
