(1) If you dont have java or QT-4 type
   sudo yum install java-1.6.0-openjdk qt4
(2) Download concise-0.9.tar.xz
(3) Change to the download directory and type
   tar xJf concise-0.9.tar.xz
(4) Change to the Concise directory by typing
   cd concise-0.9 
(5) Start with
   ./concise
