Abstract: }We study the convergence rates of solutions to drift-diffusion
systems (arising from plasma, semiconductors and electrolytes theories) to their
self-similar or steady states. This analysis involves entropy-type Lyapunov
functionals and logarithmic Sobolev inequalities.
