I am an Assistant Professor at the Kurt Gödel Research Center (KGRC) of the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Vienna.

I received my PhD at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign (2017), working under the supervision of S. Solecki.

I have held postdoctoral positions at the *California Institute of Technology * (2017-2020), the *University of Münster *(2020-2021), and the *Carnegie Mellon University * (2021-2023).

My undergraduate diploma was in Applied Mathematics and Physics at the *National Technical Univerity of Athens* (NTUA) in 2012.

My research interests lie in the interactions between Descriptive Set Theory and Dynamics of Large Topological Groups. The topics I consider are often motivated by problems in Algebraic Topology, Model Theory, Differential Geometry, Operator theory, and Combinatorics.

If you are a student interested in these topics, do not hesitate to send me an email or pass by my office. Funded summer research positions will be available for the period 2022-2025 through the NSF award
“*Dynamics Beyond Turbulence and Obstructions to Classification*”.
