As in previous meetings, the programme featured two main lecture series. Jérémie BOUTTIER (Sorbonne Université) presented a series on "The Slice Decomposition of Planar Maps", introducing powerful combinatorial techniques to study planar maps and their structural decompositions. Luca MOCI (Università di Bologna) delivered a complementary series on "Tutte Polynomial: Old and New", highlighting both classical results and recent developments around this central invariant in combinatorics.
In addition to these lecture series, the Séminaire included a number of contributed talks by participants, covering a broad spectrum of topics in contemporary combinatorics, ranging from tiling enumeration, the cyclic sieving phenomenon, map enumeration, lattice theory, Macdonald polynomials, representation theory, up to historical excursions into the past of Lyon.
The schedule allowed ample time for informal interactions during coffee breaks and shared meals, with lunches and dinners organized in local venues in Lyon. The friendly atmosphere, combined with the high scientific quality of the talks, once again made this edition a stimulating and enjoyable event for all participants.
A total of 43 participants attended the meeting. The event was organized by Thomas Gerber, Frédéric Jouhet, Christian Krattenthaler, and Philippe Nadeau.
